2024 Fire Brigade Competition for 350 graduates

One is coming new competition for hiring 350 graduates in the Fire Brigade, the announcement will be released on June 20, 2024.

The insolvency procedure is aimed at young people up to 26 years of age.

2024 FIREFIGHTERS COMPETITION FOR GRADUATES

The announcement of the arrival of a new call for recruitment in the National Fire Brigade (in acronym CNVV.F. and abbreviated VV.F.) is the Undersecretary of the Interior with responsibility for the Fire Brigade, Emmanuel Priscus. It is, therefore, one official news.

According to what the Undersecretary recently declared, it is a competition for graduatesaimed at covering 350 seats.

The Department for Civil Service, Prisco explained in a note, has already given permission to ban the competition procedure. In fact, the Fire Department has prepared a new computer application for the validation of candidates’ personal data.

So everything is ready for the release of the new Fire Brigade competition for 350 graduates, the announcement of which, announced by Undersecretary Prisco, will be published next June 20th.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE FIREFIGHTERS COMPETITION

To participate in the competition for 350 arriving firefighters you must meet the following basic requirements:

• Italian citizenship;
  

  ---

• enjoyment of political rights;
  

  ---

• diploma of upper secondary education;
  

  ---

• age not exceeding 26 years. The age limit is raised to 37 years only for volunteer staff of the National Fire Brigaderegistered for at least one year in the appropriate lists and in possession of the specific requirements that will be indicated in the announcement.

HOW THE FIREFIGHTERS COMPETITION FOR GRADUATES WORKS

In all likelihood the new competition procedure will take place like the VV.F. competition. for 300 places announced in 2022, therefore it can be structured as follows:

– a pre-selective test;
– 3 exams motor – attitudinal;
– evaluation of titles;
– assessment of physical, mental and attitudinal suitability.

There is no oral exam, in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of the Interior Decree of 5 October 2021, n. 203, published in the Official Journal General Series n. 288 of 03-12-2021 and entered into force on 18 December 2021, which amended the Minister of the Interior Decree of 18 September 2008, n. 163, bearing the regulation for Fire Brigade competitions.

The evaluable qualifications, which will be indicated in the announcement, must be held on the application deadline. Qualifications not declared in the application for participation in the competition are not evaluated.

The suitability assessment is carried out only on candidates usefully placed in the final ranking and consists of a series of medical checks and checks, as we explain in detail in the guide on how to become a firefighter. THE PRESELECTIVE TEST

The pre-selection test will be divided into multiple choice questions which will focus on the following topics:

• history of Italy from 1861 to today and elements of chemistry;

• logical-deductive and analytical questions, aimed at exploring intellectual and reasoning abilities;
  

  ---

• questions aimed at ascertaining knowledge of the use of the most widespread IT equipment and applications and of the English language.

MOTOR APTITUDE TESTS

The motor-aptitude exam tests will be structured as follows:

• first try: assessment of balance, strength, coordination and motor reaction;
• second test: resistance evaluation;
• third trial: aquatic evaluation.

Each of the tests may be made up of several modules, the type and method of which will be indicated in the forthcoming announcement.
