It was held this morning, June 3rd, the award ceremony for the winning class of the ‘At the school of Tecnopolo’ project, initiative organized by Cifla – Fondazione Flaminia, managing body of the Ravenna Tecnopolo, with the participation of the Municipality of Ravenna, which involved over 120 students from the Guido Novello lower secondary school.

The initiative, which took place in the months of April and May, included a visit to the FIP-WE@UNIBO and EnerCube laboratories of the Environment, Energy and Sea Research Center in Marina di Ravenna, one of the three locations of the Ravenna Tecnopolo, and the participation of the children in the research activities proposed directly by the Tecnopolo researchers.

The objective is to raise awareness of the Technopole and the ongoing research activities with a view to bringing students closer to the world of innovation and technical-scientific culture.

Each class involved then took part in a quiz competition designed to explore the knowledge acquired. Classes 2°A and 2°B won ex aequo, who this morning were awarded by the director of the Flaminia Foundation, managing body of the Tecnopolo Antonio Penso, by the councilor of the Municipality of Ravenna for Economic Development Annagiulia Randi and by prof. Andrea Contin, director of the Fip-We@Unibo laboratory. The prize consists of two vouchers to be spent in the bookshop for the purchase of popular science books.
