Drunk and annoying, he takes it out on the bartender and then on the police: arrested

It happened in a bar in the San Lazzaro area yesterday, Saturday 25 May: due to two drunk and annoying foreigners who kept asking for a drink, the police intervened, called by the owner of the place. The police officers found the two sitting in the outdoor area of the club: after having already consumed several beers, they continued to ask for more from the bartender who, given the situation, refused to give them to them.

The two immediately showed themselves annoyed by the presence of the State Police operators, revealing a notable state of agitation caused by the state of alcoholic alteration, refusing to provide their personal details. At that point a second patrol had to intervene. One of the two, who calmed down, was identified.

The second individual did not appear to be of the same opinion and began to rant against the officers, lashing out and trying to hit them in order to get away. In an attempt to contain the foreigner, a violent scuffle arose to such an extent that two policemen were forced to seek medical treatment, suffering injuries and trauma with a prognosis of 7 days for one and 5 for the other.

The foreigner was taken to the police station and arrested on charges of resisting and injuring a public official and transferred to a state of freedom for refusing to provide information on his personal identity; Furthermore, he was charged with an administrative offense for drunkenness.

The adoption of further administrative measures against him is being examined.

At the disposal of the judicial authority, the arrested person was held in the security rooms of the Police Headquarters, awaiting the immediate ritual.
