Ambrogio Giordano62 year old originally from Foggia, sole director of Amiu Tranidied in a car accident that occurred this morning on state 16 bisat the height of Saint Ferdinand of Puglia.
The man was driving a car which, for reasons under investigation, collided with a vehicle with a trailer.
Three ambulances attended the scene 118two from San Ferdinando and one from Trinitapoli.
Medical personnel stabilized the 62-year-old and transported him to emergency room of the hospital Barletta where he died due to serious injuries sustained in the collision.
However, the driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries. Responding to the scene were i fire fighters of Barletta, the agents of Polstrada and of local police of San Ferdinando.
Giordano was at the helm of the Spa owned by the Municipality, which deals with urban and environmental hygiene in the city, from June 2022.
