The 107th Giro d’Italia has begun which includes the classic three weeks of racing interspersed with two days of rest. Stage no. has been run. 3 won by Merlier in the sprint. The pink jersey is worn by the Slovenian cyclist himself, leader of the general classification. The start on May 4th from Piedmont, the arrival on May 26th with the catwalk in Rome.
