On Saturday 25 May at the “Bosco di Camilla” some specialized instructors from the Local Police Emergency Unit will help women to prevent dangers and learn to defend themselves.
Wedge. A free self defense meeting for women. The lesson will be held on Saturday May 25th at “Camilla’s Forest”green area in the heart of River park, from 4pm to 6pm. The event, free and free, upon registration, is open to women of all ages.
Promoted and organized by the City of Cuneo – with specialized instructors from the Local Police Emergency Response and Targeted Services unit, in collaboration with the Equality and Anti-discrimination office and the Gesso and Stura river park – with the aim of making known and preventing situations of danger, instilling greater confidence in the participants with some simple techniques, both physical and psychological, and teaching them to manage any aggression. In case of bad weather the initiative will be held at the Sportarea gym in Borgo San Giuseppe (Via Giulia Mereu n. 4). Comfortable clothing is recommended. Registration is mandatory at this link.
