On Sunday 12 May from 9:00 to approximately 12:30, the “Grisulandia – 2nd edition” event sponsored by the Municipality of Termoli will be held in Piazza Vittorio Veneto (Monument Square) in Termoli.
The project, created by the Molise National Association of Volunteer Fire Brigades, was created to disseminate good civil protection standards through recreational and training activities aimed at learning prevention and safety standards through the simulation of firefighters’ activities, proposed again to child size. By becoming “Firemen for a day”, young and very young people, while having fun, get closer to the culture of safety.
The activities will take place with the involvement of the members of the National Association of Volunteer Fire Brigades (Molise), all trained operators and experts in the sector who will entertain the participants by teaching them the behaviors to be implemented in case of emergency through games and simple theoretical explanations what practices. As in any event of large turnout, the place will be manned with a mobile First Aid unit in collaboration with the Misericordia of Termoli.
In the square, for the vision and knowledge of the little ones, we will have the honor of hosting the vehicles and personnel provided by the Provincial Command of the Campobasso Fire Brigade and the Association.
The final aim of the project is to raise awareness and raise awareness of safety methods and introduce new generations to volunteer activities as well as increasing knowledge of our “National Association of Volunteer Fire Brigades” in the area.
