The serial scoundrel. Another complaint for the 26 year old. Swastikas and Celtic crosses on Liberation Day

He was caught red-handed by Digos while he was daubing the walls of Reggio on Liberation Day with far-right phrases and symbols, from swastikas to Celtic crosses to the symbol attributable to the ‘Militia’ party. The 26-year-old was caught at dawn on April 25th near the ‘ex Spallanzani’ health center while he was writing with a spray can on the surrounding wall of the structure, on various electrical and water supply cabins.

The young man is a repeat offender. In fact, this is the same one who a year ago was caught by members of the Aq16 social center while he was making Nazi-fascist writings and signs in the Primavera park, in the Cecati car park area. Once discovered, to threaten them he took out the service pistol supplied to him for the security guard job he carried out. But in his attempt to escape he dropped the weapon, which was then collected by activists and handed over to the police station. He had already been reported for those facts. But now he’s back at it.

The police had been keeping an eye on him for some time with investigations centered on the viewing of numerous videos extrapolated from video surveillance systems, stakeouts and stalking, carried out mainly at night. Afterwards, a house search was ordered which allowed both the acquisition of further investigative elements that complete the circumstantial framework and the reconstruction of the dynamics of the facts, including the previous episodes of soiling. On this occasion, a further 7 black and white spray cans and other stickers and patches attributable to far-right movements were seized. Police commissioner Giuseppe Maggese is also evaluating appropriate prevention measures to apply to the young man.
