The call between Prince Harry and King Charles shocks everyone: here’s what the Sovereign said to his second son.
On May 8th the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games will be celebrated in London, the games organized in honor of English war veterans. The reason why Prince Harry is also expected to return to his homeland. Although there is very little left until the event, at the moment all the details of the visit of the King’s second son to the United Kingdom are not yet clear.
After losing his personal escort, the Duke of Sussex has repeatedly remarked that he felt in danger when returning home. It is therefore almost certain that in the end Harry will decide to return to England alone without his wife Meghan Markle, an unwelcome guest among other things for the Royal Family, and his children Archie (4 years old) and Lilibet (2 years old), who will remain in the United States United.
Anyway, it seems that in anticipation of his trip the Prince contacted King Charles to ask for a private meeting. Here is what the latter responded to his son’s request.

Since King Charles spoke publicly about his illness, Harry has repeatedly shown a desire to get closer to his family. “Harry has remained in regular contact with his father on several occasions and has made no secret of his desire to see him again when he can.”
A source close to the Royal Family revealed to Mirror. “He has been particularly worried about him and hopes that the King will be well and able to see him as expected.”
The Sovereign, however, does not seem to be of the same opinion. “When Prince Harry contacted his father and asked for a visit, King Charles gave him a very short and meaningful response.” He added the source.
Carlo, in fact, would have replied to his son that he would certainly meet him if “he were able”. We don’t know if this statement refers more to his health conditions or to the commitments set in the agenda.
What is certain is that this, once again, appears to be a clear attempt to try to keep Harry at a safe distance from the rest of the family. Furthermore, this statement would once again throw English subjects and the rest of the world into apprehension due to the King’s state of health, even if he had recently started appearing publicly again to confirm his physical improvement.
