Rome, 6 May 2024 – Subscriptions to the special issue of Btp Value, now in its fourth edition, has collected 3.7 billion euros on the first day of placement. A growing day. The extraordinary issue will be placed from today to Friday 10 May until 1pm, unless early closing, and will pay a minimum guaranteed coupon of 3.35% for the first three years e 3.90% for years four to six in addition to a final premium of 0.8% of the invested capital. At the end of the placement, the definitive coupon rates will be announced which may be confirmed or revised upwards, based on the market conditions on the closing day of the issue.
The BTP Valore provides nominal coupons paid quarterly and a maturity of 6 years.

Comparison with previous releases
That of May 2024 is the fourth issue of BTP Valore. The last one, February 2024, saw a collection of 18.32 billion (compared to 18.14 billion in the June 2023 issue and 17.2 billion euros in October 2023). The February 2024 issue also had a duration of 6 years but yields of 3.25% for the first, second and third years and 4% for the fourth, fifth and sixth years.
As of March 31, 2024, at the end of the third issue, they were in circulation BTp Value for a total amount of 53.7 billion eurosequal to 2.2% of the total amount of government bonds in circulation on the same date.
