It has existed since 1924 but, in recent years, has remained closed: finally theAncient Casada Trinco reopens, thanks to the management of people with many years of experience. The historic venue is nestled among the morainic hills of Friuli, in the small town of Zampis. “The lunch proposal includes a fixed price menu that varies daily and an à la carte menu that varies seasonally”, the new staff explain to us. The restaurant, as the name suggests, is a typical Friulian trattoria and tavern that boasts a long history behind it.
