After the change of name and the change of administrator, the fate of SC Costruzioni, which became Bis srl, ended up in the hands of the direct cousin of Tullio Iorio, Pezzella’s partner and companion in judicial adventures. Now, could someone explain to us, if it is not a mere change of name, a hypothesis that we have read by analyzing two orders from two prosecutors, Benevento and DDA of Naples, how can it be considered simply a case that a company reported as being in the hands of the entrepreneur from Casal di Principe ends up, 72 hours after one of our dedicated articles, with the direct cousin of the partner?
CASERTA (dd/lvr) – There are two powers of attorney that unite the life of the company SC Costruzioni, based in Rometo the criminal works – according to the judiciary – carried out by Raffaele Pezzellaentrepreneur from Casal di Principe born in 1964, believed by the prosecutors of Benevento the man who brought the bribes on behalf of engineers from Beventonto to an unknown person (yes!) manager of the Provincial Administration of Casertawhile for the magistrates of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples he is a corruptor, trusted entrepreneur of the Casalesi clan and financier of the same, passing shares of the contracts won to the Camorra.
SC Costruzioni has seen several orders awarded to the Province led by the president George
Magliocca, among which the most important is certainly the one worth 4 million and 340 thousand euros relating to the works on the Caserta-Monti del Matese.
It is the most significant contract of the SC for the sum, but also because this procedure, which he saw as project manager Antonino Del Pretea manager who first retired and was then called back into service by Magliocca himself for the Province’s Bridges Commission, is the one that was targeted by the engineer from Benevento Carlo Camilleri and company, relating to the provincial body’s choice of who to entrust with the task of designing the works. A race that would have been rigged, through a bribe brought to the unknown provincial official by Pezzella.
The entrepreneur from Casale, accused in the two trials held in Santa Maria and Benevento, investigated for the rigged tenders in Calvi Risorta, according to what emerges from the investigations of the DDA and the Sannite prosecutor’s office, he would also have been the winner of the tender for the millionaire shipyard, together with the Fenix consortium of Bolognawhose execution company unfortunately remains unknown, but who with Pezzella recently participated and won a 15 million tender for healthcare works financed by that box of infinite money coming from the European Union which is turning into a curse for this earth: the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
In Calvi Risorta and the Provincial Administration of Caserta the economic interests of Raffaele Pezzella were substantially united, overlapping with those of Tullio Iorio, 50 years old in a few days, is originally from San Cipriano d’Aversa.
According to the accusation, the two builders would have been the representatives of the Casalesi clan, specifically of the Russo and Schiavone families, managing, with the support of the Camorra, to obtain the assignment of tenders for the Corso Trieste institution, now based in the Saint Gobain area. Substantially, the charges in the Calvi case are the same.
GOOD, BRAVI, BIS SRL
At the risk of seeming self-congratulatory – which happened, alas, a few days ago (CLICK AND READ) – we cannot fail to notice the coincidence between our article of February 12th, in which we told you about an important ANAS contract in Lazio of 311 thousand euros entrusted to SC Costruzioni (YOU CAN READ IT BY CLICKING HERE)at the time legally represented by the 44-year-old Francesco Di Fiore, but who for the DDA of Naples is nothing more than one of Pezzella’s various puppet administrators, and what happens to this same company only three days later.
Yes, because the February 16, 2024 almost everything changes. Less than 72 hours after our article, from a famous notary with an office in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, the totality, 100% of the shares are transferred by the sole director and legal representative of the company, Francesco Di Fiore, considered, not by CasertaCE but by two prosecutors, essentially a wooden head of Pezzella, to the property of Salvatore Misso, from San Cipriano d’Aversa, born in 1963.
On this day in February, therefore, Misso simultaneously becomes the sole owner of the 10 thousand euros representing 100% of the shares of SC Costruzioni, and also the legal representative.
Misso is a surveyor from Sancipriano who already has a company, a small individual construction company which, for example, doesn’t even have registration in the white list of the prefecture of Caserta, but we believe it is more due to a choice of the owner than to a ban by the prefecture itself.
Evidently, he was not interested in public works. This, at least, until he bought (until proven otherwise he bought them) the shares of SC, a company based in Rome which, however, has won plenty of contracts, especially in the province of Caserta .
We were saying, until proven otherwise, Salvatore Misso spent the money necessary to buy the shares of SC, which however became the Bis srltherefore, also changing the company name of the company, as well as owner and proprietor, but not headquarters and VAT number.
To make it disturbing and to give us some doubts about the spontaneous decision of the 61-year-old from San Cipriaria to buy a company with registered office in Rome, entangled in unclear situations, but still capable of earning millions of euros in contracts, it is the circumstance that Salvatore Misso’s direct cousin is precisely that Tullio Iorio, arrested in November and then released from prison, who is a companion in economic and judicial adventures (Province and Calvi cases) of Raffaele Pezzella, considered the real dominus of SC Costruzioni, now BIS srl.
It is only a coincidence that Pezzella’s business partner, Tullio Iorio, involved in the rigged tenders in the province of Caserta and in Calvi Risorta (but not in the case of Benevento), both accused of having relations with the Camorra, spontaneously wanted to acquire ownership of a company that the anti-mafia prosecutor certifies as being actually owned by Pezzella himself?
This is perhaps an extreme case of the exact same story. The provincial administration, considered permeable to the interests of the Camorra for decades, through the intermediary of, among others, the entrepreneurs Iorio and Pezzella, the provincial administration which has seen one of its former leaders convicted precisely for these accusations, Sandrino Dianathe provincial administration of Caserta which could still have one of its officials corrupted by Pezzella, and whose name we will probably never know, making this the most ridiculous judicial story of the decade, at leastthis provincial administration experiences with absolute tranquility, total relativism and guilty blindness everything that happens around and in the surrounding area.
It is the fault, in this case, not only of corrupt managers or, let’s say, at least poorly informed and attentive to what is happening under their noses, see the various Palmieri, Madonna and Solino, it is a political fault. Giorgio Magliocca, president of the Province, and Giovanni Zannini, true dominus of the administration, live well in this context which would be disturbing for anyone else. But the problem, as we know, is certainly not the reputation, the honorability of the administration that the two have in their hands.
The interest of Zannini and Magliocca is directed elsewhere and we have seen it in the competition procedures of the Province, of the competitions which were then expanded, tripled in their places, which saw the entry of subjects close especially to the regional councilor of Mondragone.
And if everything we have told you in recent years has been possible, it is also because a decisive part of the State has practically turned the other way. And, alas, we have to talk about the judiciary.
In Caserta the judicial power evidently – evidently for this writer – has never been capable of fulfilling that role of arbiter and control which, in our opinion, would have avoided a story of draining of money and power like this one.
