VARESE – The traditional ceremony of the ceremony was renewed yesterday, Sunday 5 May Girometta d’Oro held at Palazzo Estense on the occasion of the Feast of San Vittore. A tribute to the families they have made Varese a protagonist over the years.
The Masters of Work
The songs of the Bosino Group introduced the moment of the awards ceremony, officiated by the president Emilio Francoli, of three Masters of Labor resident in the province already awarded by the President Sergio Mattarella: Carlo Gazzotti, Ariele Agostino Piccirillo and Emanuele Varalliawarded by the mayor Davide Glaimberti.
Historical activities
The Regiù of the Bosina family Luca Broggini, with Marco Broggini and Roberto Ghiringhelli, introduced the awarding of historical activities: the Prealpi Brewery, 102 years of activity, Hotel Colonne, 103 years of history.
The Golden Girometta
Then the most awaited moment: the delivery of the Girometta d’Oro, one of the city’s two most prestigious awards which, this year, went to the conductor Giovanni Conti, 27 years old, representing a historic family of musicians.
