A goal from Gjergji in the second half allows Saluzzo to overcome the last obstacle on the road to Serie D. Vanchiglia loses 1-0 and abandons their play-off hopes, the Marches win promotion. Fossano, driven by a brace from top scorer Alfiero (Specchia’s third goal), does its duty by winning in Cherasco, but it is the Granata who celebrate by one point. With third place now certain, Cuneo fell to Centallo under the blows of Aloia (photo asdgcentallo), who scored from a penalty in the first half and with a header in the second half: the red and whites will host fourth-placed Acqui at Paschiero (3-0 in the Moretta) in the first round of the play-offs, whoever wins will go to Fossano for the final of group B. Centallo reaches 50, but with the same points in the direct clashes they pay a worse overall goal difference compared to the thermal ones. Valenzana Mado falls in Dronero (a brace from Culotta) and on the last day loses the right to post-championship matches. At the bottom, San Domenico Savio was saved thanks to a 1-1 draw against Villafranca, who were directly relegated due to being eight points behind the Asti team. The third team that will have to abandon Eccellenza will be decided in the Cavour-Carmagnola play-out.
