This afternoon, the Fire Brigade team from the Crotone Command, with the support of a mobile crane, intervened in Via delle Camelie, in the northern area of the city, for a delicate animal rescue.
The protagonist of this adventure was a horse, which unfortunately fell into a well near the owner’s home. The situation required timely and sensitive intervention to ensure the animal’s well-being and ensure its safe recovery.
The Fire Brigade team, with the professionalism and competence that distinguishes them, promptly intervened at the site of the accident. Using the special equipment and lifting straps supplied with the truck crane, they managed to reach the horse and secure it safely for subsequent recovery.
With skill and precision, the horse was lifted from the bottom of the well and moved to a safe area, away from danger. Thanks to the prompt response and the effectiveness of the intervention, the animal was recovered in excellent health conditions.
Once extracted from the well, the horse was entrusted to its rightful owner, who was able to welcome him back into his arms, relieved and grateful for being back in a safe environment.
This commendable intervention by the Crotone Fire Brigade is a tangible example of their constant commitment to saving lives, both human and animal, and to protecting the safety and well-being of the local community.
