Today the second volume of Kagurabachithe unexpected new hit series from Weekly Shonen Jump. The first volume had enjoyed excellent sales, so the second is expected to be a real success too.

The second volume of the series contains the chapters from 9 to 18and thus concludes the first real narrative arc of the series, that of the clash with Genichiro Sojo. The series Takeru Hokazono debuted on Weekly Shonen Jump on September 17, 2023, and gained so much popularity thanks to memes hanging around the edgy nature of the story’s protagonist. Kagurabachi tells the story of Chihiro Rokuda, a swordsman seeking revenge against a gang of sorcerers responsible for his father’s death, a famous swordsmith who became famous for creating 6 powerful demonic swords, and recovering the stolen swords.
