“I’ll shoot you in the head.” He threatens his neighbor with death, the police discover a small arsenal in his house and arrest him

“I’ll shoot you in the head.” The death threats made by one neighbor to another came at the end of an argument in an apartment building Seventh Torinese, above Turin. In handcuffs, now under house arrest, he’s finished a fifty-four year old already known to the police.

In his home the police found a SMITH & WESSON .32 caliber pistol (with relative ammunition) illegally possessed and not registered in the database, and two other handguns, one blank (without the red cap) and one gas.

The search was born after the intervention of the military called to intervene to quell a condominium dispute, arising from trivial reasons, between the interested party and a neighbor, during which the fifty-four-year-old had threatened the other with death. The seriousness of the threats and the man’s history led investigators to proceed with a search of the house, during which they found the weapons, which were then seized.

The man was taken to prison under serious suspicion of the crime of “illegal possession of common firearms” and “resisting a public official” for his violent behavior during the search. The arrest was subsequently validated by Court of Ivreawho ordered house arrest.
