The update meeting of the table started on 22 April following the proclamation of the state of agitation of the ATA staff and school directors has just concluded at the MIM.
Administration it limited itself to re-proposing the list of 20 simplification actions which he is putting his hand to.
In our speech we reiterated that for the FLC CGILwithout prejudice to the need to find a solution to all the problems covered by the ministerial simplification plan, is at the moment urgent to give answers concrete to the priorities we have highlighted: Passweb, INPS compensation, payment of substitute teachers’ salaries, career reconstruction.
It is on these priorities that we need to focus with certain and tight deadlines.
It is not acceptable that the schools are precipitated in chaos due to the inability of the various subjects involved (INPS/MEF/NOIPA/RTS) to coordinate with each other and the difficulty of the Ministry in guiding the Administration machine.
At the end of the meeting the Ministry committed to developing a coordination proposal to be proposed primarily to the Mef. This is because, while sharing the request made by the FLC CGIL regarding the need for such coordination, it pointed out that, in the case of the State Territorial Accounting Offices, the undertaking of this action does not depend on the exclusive will of the MIM but must first of all be shared with the Mef.
