An honor and a privilege to board the Colombian training ship ARC Gloria, which docked yesterday at the Port of Civitavecchia, and bring the greetings of the entire Cerveteri community to the Colombian Ambassador to Italy Ligia Margarita Quessep Bitar. A precious opportunity to promote the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Colombia and Italy.
The incredibly beautiful brig sailing ship, with its 55 years of history, and its crew made up of officers, non-commissioned officers, students, marines and civilians, represents the country in numerous diplomatic missions and brings with it the traditions and culture of a country with which we have a deep bond.
Heartfelt thanks to our Deputy Councilor Astrid Raykovich, President of the Council of Migrant and Stateless Citizens of Cerveteri, Colombian and Italian citizen since 2000, who represents an added value for our Administration and for our city, who has contributed to strengthening this bond and which has been working for the entire stateless community of our city for more than a year now with important integration and reception initiatives.
