Growing success for the second day of Only Wine Festival

Growing Success – The second day of the Only Wine Festival ended with notable success at Palazzo Vitelli in Città di Castello. The event, focused on young producers and small wineries, has benefited of an ideal climate and the start of the public holiday on May 1st, thus attracting a large number of visitors, including enthusiasts, tourists and professionals in the sector.

With the participation of 142 wineries from all over Italy and more than 400 varieties of wines presented, the event offered an exceptional opportunity for discovery in the national wine scene. The eleventh edition of Only Wine stood out for a particularly rich program, which included several special events and masterclasses that stimulated the interest and learning of the participants.

Among the most popular events, the Champagne masterclass held by Gianluca Grimani of AIS Umbria stands out, which highlighted the excellence and refinement of these prestigious French wines, and the session dedicated to the Falanghina del Sannio, conducted by the expert Francesco Saverio Russo, who explored the distinctive qualities of this white wine from southern Italy.

Another moment of great interest was the discussion led by Alfredo Voci on the role of wine in modern mixology, where historical techniques and contemporary to enhance the drinking experience through combination with other ingredients. Furthermore, the presentation of the Consorzio Vinosanto Asistenzato dell’Alto Tevere revealed an ancient tradition, rooted in the wine-growing regions of Tuscany and Umbria, which continues to enchant modern palates.
