Saturday 4 May at 3.30 pm in the Hall of the Antechamber of the Throne of Palazzo Farnese, the cultural association “Piacenza, Città Primogenita”, proposes a meeting on the “Themes of our Risorgimento” through a long fascinating journey, from the first uprisings of 1821 to the Unification of Italy with Rome as capital, within which we will also talk about the important contribution offered by our city. Themes that will be presented, explored and debated in the interventions of Francesco Mastrantonio, Maurizio Dossena and Luigi Nosotti. Followed by a guided tour of the Risorgimento Museum curated by Manrico Bissi. The event is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Piacenza, the Bank of Piacenza, the Piasinteina Family and the Archistorica Association.
