CISON DI VALMARINO. Tragedy today on Treviso Prealps. A woman, class 1969 by Giavera del Montello, fell about fifty meters from the path that leads from San Gaetano to the Bosco delle Penne Mozze in Cison Valmarino. The accident occurred shortly before midday in what is a natural and protected area between the Treviso Prealps and the hilly system of the Treviso High Plain.
Three hikers were standing following the itinerary in the direction of the Penne Mozze forest, when in a steeper point, one of them slipped between the trees and rocks.
