Roberto Perini gets his hands in the White Gold

Entrepreneur Roberto Perini took over Oro Bianco, the well-known venue on the Cesenatico seafront at the corner of Via Ferrara, which for 22 years had been managed by the family of entrepreneur Giacomo Nolo. Perini, who is also a professional sommelier, already owns four other venues in Marina di Ravenna, which are Riesling, Mexico, Wine Lab and Cascina del Reasling. He is a highly esteemed professional, who has made his great desire come true, as he himself says: “Opening a place in Cesenatico was my dream and for this reason I am very happy to have taken over from my friend Giacomo Nolo, in addition to ‘Oro Bianco, also the Torrice Bistrot restaurant and the 1920 Music Hotel.’ L’Oro Bianco will continue to be a Champagneria, but with a little lightness and the possibility of switching from a Spritz to a Dom Pèrignon, followed by the bar tender Gian Maria Bernacci, who focuses heavily on cocktails, with around fifty proposals high profile, classic aperitifs accompanied by chef’s dishes, themed evenings with music and combined gastronomic proposals.

The restaurant will be open every day from 7.30 am with Adele Verdone’s breakfasts until the small hours, but with great attention to detail. “We aim to consolidate and develop the Oro Bianco project – continues Perini –, but we care a lot about the cuisine, maintaining an important line with chef Alessandro Barducci, but with some innovations introduced drawing from the experience of Reasling, with raw food and made pasta at home, for a new combination of flavors. On May 5th we will open the terrace on the seafront, an exclusive place that will have its own identity, for summers to be enjoyed under the stars, in a unique space, furnished with particular tables and lots of greenery” .

The novelty of the White Gold testifies to the liveliness of a sector that is very vital in Cesenatico. If on the canal port there is great excitement in the restaurants, on the seafront the game is played on restaurants but also on pubs and clubs dedicated to young people and companies eager to meet up at the seaside. Not far away, still in Viale Carducci, Art by Mbt recently opened its doors, the new venue by Massimiliano Baldacci Torroni and Ivan Mazzucchelli, built in the building that housed the “Rebel” pub for two years. Continuing along Viale Carducci, there was also a ribbon cutting for Sapor Pub & Cocktail Bar, a new business that combines cocktails, craft beers and pairings with quality pizzas and gourmet options. The business that will take the place of Myst, where renovation work is being carried out, has yet to open in Viale Trento.
