The movement of people with disabilities fought over the years until it achieved the abolition of special classes in 1977. Going back is not even in question. “We will stand on the barricades to defend the rights of students with disabilities. There is no going back on school inclusion. We will never negotiate the rights of people with disabilities. I have already heard from Minister Valditara who has given reassurances.
