“Only a complete and global evaluation of all the information flows acquired, the intersection of all the data coming from science (IT, forensic medicine, toxicology, botany, criminalistics) with the behaviors and stories, often anomalous and suspicious, of the protagonists of this story, could unravel this tangled mess.” Nicodemo Gentile, lawyer of Sergio Resinovich, brother of Liliana, whose birthday is today, told ANSA. For Gentile, “surrendering the truth to forensic medicine, especially at the first investigation, overflowing with errors and gross violations of basic operational protocols, is a serious methodological error”. Gentile indicates that “he or those” who caused his death “are still running around at large in our cities, perhaps feeling as cunning and elusive as the worst scoundrels”.
The lawyer speaks of “a highly ambiguous death (the place, cause and time of death are not known, after years, sic!) which risks remaining a real ‘rebus’ if they are not carefully put together , all the elements of probative value that come from the circumstantial data and technical findings”. The suicide with the bags “with negative toxicology, never forget it” is “a convenient way out, a hypothesis detached from any convincing objective confirmation and certainly the new tests on the body and on the finds will not definitively dispel the doubts regarding the causes of death”. In the “Trieste plot” Liliana’s real emotional state was never assessed in depth, even if it is well represented by the IT consultancy of the Prosecutor’s Office (strangely obscured), from which, without fear of contradiction, the true thoughts and plans of Resinovich, who was certainly trying to understand how to divorce and not how to commit suicide and other such jokes.” For Gentile, “Liliana can no longer celebrate because, like useless scrap metal, she was abandoned on a cold meadow in TRIESTE and from that time the painful whirlwind of a plastic suicide takes place, supported by many clearly shaky versions of the events that make even more suspicious is a tragic and unjust death, archived too hastily.” (ANSA) DO
