The movement launches the national support campaign

The hunger strike of two members of the farmers’ movement which has been fighting for years against the failure of the regional plans endorsed by the Government on Brucellosis and BRC has continued since 17 April, asking for urgent measures (such as the appointment of the National Commissioner) and a reform action that brings health initiatives back to effectiveness while ensuring, at the same time, the protection and relaunch of local livestock systems compromised by institutional failure.
On 28 April, on the twelfth day of the hunger strike of Gianni Fabbris (spokesman of the Breeders’ Movement and honorary president of Altragricoltura) and Adriano Noviello (buffalo breeder from Caserta and President of the Association for the Protection of Mediterranean Buffalo Breeding), the movement launches the national campaign aimed directly at the two ministers Lollobrigida and Schilaci so that they respond positively to the farmers’ requests. The press is invited to follow the event open to citizens and associations, movements and unions from 11am.
