The operations were taking place without any particular hitches because no removals were necessary when the twenty-nine year old, in a state of intoxication, approached and kicked the vehicle to the ground.

This is a twenty-nine year old Italian who passed through the square while the local police were “cleaning up”, evidently in a state of drunkenness even though it was still early morning.

He approached the scooter and kicked it to the ground, without then running away. He simply walked away.

Obviously, he was immediately caught by the local police on site and reported for damage.
