In a few hours the G7 will begin in Venaria. Massive deployment of law enforcement while shops will be forced to close.
A situation that Elena Chiorino, outgoing regional councilor and national manager of the Labor Department of Fratelli d’Italia, does not like:
«Shops closed, cars moved, traffic disrupted: even in Venaria, for a change, citizens and traders – and the Municipality itself – will be hostages of the “green Taliban”. Of professional anarchist groups of disorder, disguised as environmentalists.
If they have any common sense left, stop: let the shopkeepers work, don’t force citizens to remain barricaded at home. Who will reimburse the shopkeeper forced to close? They? Maybe with the pocket money from daddy’s boys that they get while they enjoy destroying everything? There is no environmental sustainability without economic sustainability and social sustainability.
Mine is an appeal to common sense, hoping it doesn’t fall on deaf ears as always: we can and must demonstrate without trampling on the rights of others.”
