Regulation regarding assessment with membership – Regulatory adaptation to the changes introduced to Legislative Decree 218 of 19/06/1997 “Provisions regarding assessment with membership and judicial conciliation” by Legislative Decree no. 12 February 2024. 13 in implementation of the principles and directive criteria established regarding the assessment procedure and assessment with acceptance established in the law. 111/2023 “Delegation to the government for tax reform”.
8. Waste tax (Tari): acknowledgment of the PEF, determination of the reference Tari tariff and approval of the specific Tari tariffs for the year 2024.
