This is the case, for example, of 82-year-old Mrs. Maria from Pisticci who, despite being in the protected market, with ENEL National Electrical Service, received an invoice from another unauthorized supplier, which occurred without her signature or request. , operating in the free market and with increased costs.
The elderly lady, through Adiconsum, forwarded a complaint to the selling company for the denial of the contact and to request the cancellation of the invoice issued.
Now, following our intervention – said Marina Festa – she once again found herself facing an operator from the latter free market sales company who, after untrue statements and alleged clarifications, insistently asked her to sign a contract .
Mrs. Maria did not comply with the commercial operator’s request, reserving the right to return to Policoro next Saturday to report on the incident.
