Sudtirol won the tenth edition of the San Felice sul Panaro Spring Tournament, held on Thursday 25 April and dedicated to the Under 13 category of the youth sectors of professional teams. The 2011 team from the South Tyrolean academy won the event by beating Parma in the final with a score of 2-1 (Pozzio, Koni and, for the yellow-blues, Panini scoring), in front of around 200 spectators, with a large and noisy representation of supporters of the Bolzano company. Third place for Sassuolo who, in the final, beat Spal 2-0.
Bologna, Inter, Juventus, Modena, Parma, Sassuolo, Spal and Sudtirol took part in the tournament, divided into two groups: Parma won the first with 7 points, ahead of Sassuolo with (5), Inter (4; the Nerazzurri also arrived in San Felice a couple of hours late, causing a change in the scheduling of the matches) and Modena (0), the second was instead the prerogative of the South Tyroleans with 5 points, against the 4 of Bologna and Spal and the 2 from Juventus. From there the finals: fourth against fourth, third against third, second against second and first against first, with the first four places therefore going to Sudtirol, Parma, Sassuolo and Spal.
