The mayor of Coriano Gianluca Ugolini and the deputy mayor, the senator of the Brothers of Italy Sunday Spinelli they don’t care about the fact that she is the regional councilor of the PD Nadia Rossi to take credit for the confirmation of post-flood funds for the city that arrived in recent days (see news). “The municipality of Coriano will have its funds for the damage suffered by the flood that struck last May in Emilia Romagna. Contacts with the commissioner structure directed by General Figliuolo have been constant for months and the issue of the new ordinance supplementing the previous one will presumably be released in the month of May. This is the communication that I have already received in recent months, always maintaining a direct line with General Figliuolo’s commissioner structure – states the mayor of Coriano Gianluca Ugolini -. Nothing has been lost for Coriano, not only will the expected funding be allocated but further funding will be added thanks to the possibility given by Commissioner Francesco Paolo Figliuolo to all the Municipalities of being able to integrate the requests presented. To clarify, Coriano was therefore admitted to financing after a series of procedural causes that were immediately clarified. For months, thanks to this direct interlocution, we have been certain of the financing for the simple fact that it was neither a matter of errors nor of negligence”.
“For the role I hold in the municipality of Coriano and in Parliament – states the deputy mayor and senator Domenica Spinelli – I underline that the Meloni-led government will leave no one behind. There is a commissioner structure that works and is fully committed to assisting, supporting and sustaining the municipalities affected by the flood. Personally, in my capacity as senator and representative of the territory, together with the mayor as first citizen, I joined the Honorable Alice Buonguerrieri with the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Galeazzo Bignami and General Figliuolo’s technicians in the first inspection carried out in the municipalities of the Rimini area. And in recent months I invited General Figliuolo to Coriano with the technicians of the commissioner structure, the invitation was accepted. Last March I personally wrote to the general to ascertain the news relating to the next ordinances concerning in particular the urgent interventions to make all the flooded areas of our province safe. I would also like to highlight that the hearing held in Bologna in recent days in the presence of General Giancarlo Gambardella was held to present a special national post-flood plan for securing the territory. First step of a preliminary plan at national level to then move on to a detailed implementation plan which will be signed at the end of June by Figliuolo. For Coriano, we therefore do not need the reassurances of the outgoing regional councilor Nadia Rossi who speculates on the skin of those who have suffered damage and suffering by continuing to mystify the information. We work for the people of Coriano with determination and responsibility, the councilor should continue with her electoral campaign without taking credit that she does not have, fake news is not allowed in Coriano, we have demonstrated this over the years.
