Meeting of the municipal police commands of the province of Siena

Abbadia Isola as a meeting place for all the commands of the Municipal Police of the province of Siena. In Monteriggioni and specifically in the Abbadia Complex, a study conference entitled “Let’s build legally” was held, reserved for judicial police operators in the field of building supervision, in the province of Siena.

The conference was organized by the municipal administration of Monteriggioni and naturally by the local municipal police command with the support of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Siena, with the usual support of Monteriggioni AD 1213 srl.

At the meeting there were around a hundred participants from all over the province of Siena, in particular from the territorial Municipal Police commands and all the CC-Forestry Units of the province of Siena, from the NIPAF with the commander of the CC-Forestry Group, Colonel Alessandra Baldassarri, as well as the NIL CC-Siena. The main topic addressed was that of the crimes resulting from judicial police activities in investigations relating to construction and urban planning.

Numerous interventions have taken place in the Ildebrando room of the archaeological museum of Abbadia Isola. Starting from that of the mayor of Monteriggioni Andrea Frosini and the public prosecutor at the Court of Siena Andrea Boni, who introduced the conference.

During the conference organized by the Municipal Police of Monteriggioni, the following spoke: Valentina Magnini, deputy prosecutor at the Court of Siena; Sara Faina, deputy prosecutor at the Court of Parma (formerly deputy prosecutor at the Court of Siena); engineer Rosamaria Barone of the Tuscany Region Seismic Sector, Siena garrison; Chief Marshal Fabrizio Donzelli of the PG section of the Carabinieri at the Court of Siena.

The introduction to the Abbadia Isola conference was by prosecutor Andrea Boni; Valentina Magnini spoke with a report on “Active subjects and subjects responsible for building crimes”, followed by Sara Faina with a report on “Building crimes in a legal sense – Building amnesties (outline)”. To conclude, the two interventions by engineer Rosamaria Barone on “Notes on seismic regulations – skills of the Siena Seismic Office in the building sector” and by Chief Marshal Fabrizio Donzelli on “Acts that the CNR must contain in the context of building crimes”.
