He starts again Air of San Danielethe food tour that brings the famous Dop ham around Italy, with many new features. We start again from Milan Monday 6 May and then stop in several Italian citieswith events that will take place in a series of selected venues, such as restaurants, wine bars and taverns, to promote and present the San Daniele DOP ham to consumers and operators in the horeca sector.

“Aria di San Daniele is a format that the consortium created with the aim of making the values ​​of San Daniele Dop known and appreciated through one of the most dynamic channels in Italy, that of catering”, he states Mario Emilio Cichetti, general director of the Consortium. “The tour, launched for the first time in 2017, has in fact generated, in the first six editions, over 250 evenings visiting as many selected venues and meeting over 40,000 consumers”.

The big news of the 2024 edition is represented by the interaction between the product and the venues that will host the tour stages. In addition to the free ham tasting, it will be possible to participate in themed events and dinners, taste San Daniele-based dishes and try combinations with drinks and wines created specifically for this purpose.

Aria di San Daniele will be in Milan from 6 to 9 May, while from 20 to 23 May it will stop in Turin and again to Genoa from the 26th to the 30th. In June, however, on the days from the 3rd to the 6th it will be the turn of Lake Garda (specifically Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda and Rivoltella del Garda). After the summer the tour will reach the cities of Rome, Naples and Bari.
