Emblem of a new season of entrepreneurship aimed at giving a higher meaning to business activity, the Rodigina IRSAP has been awarded a new, prestigious award which once again demonstrates the company’s concrete commitment to sustainability: in the context of the eleventh edition of the Enterprise Environment Award – organized by the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce together with Unioncamere, with the support of Assocamerestero and Stazione Sperimentale del Vetro – Marco Rossi, owner and CEO of the IRSAP Grouphas in fact received the special prize Best Young Entrepreneur.
Already winner of the ninth edition of the Enterprise Environment Award for the Best Management for Sustainable Development category, the Arquà Polesine company – among the top European players in the heating sector, at the same time a reference player in the specific field of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation – is was awarded for‘innovative path undertaken, which is also constantly expanding, aimed at integrating in an increasingly tangible way different aspects of economic, environmental and social sustainability. This commitment translates into sustainable practices which permeate the entire supply chain, from design to production, as well as in the selection of suppliers and partners who share the same principles, in terms of environmental protection, and finally through the optimization of logistics processes. The objective of this ambitious path is to create a low carbon impact, efficient and resilient business system; the company therefore undertakes to use exclusively electricity from renewable sources, to reduce CO2 emissions along the entire supply chain, to raise awareness among its collaborators regarding the important issue of the environment, to develop and manage sustainable products, integrating eco-design principles in the design of your solutions.
