Genoa – You have until May 6th to register online for the “Higher training course in copyright of audiovisual products”, an initiative created by the Genova Liguria Film Commission foundation and the Genoa and Como sections of the Aiga, the national association of young lawyers in collaboration with the association for the protection of Made in Italy “Italia in Testa” and the Italian Society of experts in arts and entertainment law and supported by Coutot-Roehrig, a group specialized in inheritance genealogy.
The course, intended to develop theacquisition of legal skills in the audiovisual production sector, is characterized by a strong international footprint and guarantees an excellent training offer aimed at developing new legal professionals capable of standing out in the audiovisual sector. It will take place in webinar mode and will end with an in-person workshop at the Glfc headquarters in Villa Durazzo Bombrini. Participation is free and 23 credits will be recognized for the professional training of lawyers.
The registrations will be collected until May 6th 2024. Ample space will be reserved for the discussion of topics which, in the most recent practice, have closely concerned the cine-audiovisual industry sector, with specific focus on the relationship between the protection of copyright and the development of new media. The course will be characterized by a teaching method that includes both the theoretical treatment of the institutes involved and the analysis of practical cases, essential for developing the most requested skills and abilities aimed at solving concrete problems.
