NORTH – In the morning scattered rains between Triveneto and Emilia Romagna with snow in the Alps and Apennines above 800-1000 metres, dry variability elsewhere. In the afternoon precipitation also extended to Lombardy and Eastern Liguria with snow levels rising slightly. No significant changes are expected in the evening and night with residual phenomena especially in the North-East.
IN THE CENTER – In the morning unstable weather in all regions with scattered rain and snow on the mountains above 900-1000 metres. In the afternoon there was no change with snow levels rising towards 1200-1300 metres. In the evening the weather will improve with cloudiness alternating with clearing, except for residual phenomena especially in the internal areas of the Tyrrhenian side.
IN THE SOUTH AND ON THE ISLANDS – In the morning, slightly or irregularly cloudy skies, with local showers on the Major Islands and Tyrrhenian sectors. In the afternoon, increasing instability with scattered rain and showers and snow at medium altitudes in the mountains, drier in Puglia. In the evening, residual phenomena on the Tyrrhenian regions and Sicily, improving weather elsewhere.
Minimum temperatures generally decreasing, maximum temperatures rising slightly in the North and decreasing in the Centre-South and on the major islands.
