Gino Scannapieco and his daughter Noemi they won the first edition of The Voice Generationsthe talent show born from an offshoot of The Voice and hosted by Antonella Clerici for two first evenings on Rai 1 with the same judges as the other successful Rai talent show, The Voice Senior: Loredana Berté, Gigi D’Alessio, Clementino and Arisa.

After an emotionally charged final, which aired yesterday in prime time on Rai 1, the 42-year-old Neapolitan worker and his newly adult daughter, Gino and Noemi Scannapieco, triumphed. Father and daughter showed up at Blind Auditions with I live for her of Andrea Bocelli and Giorgia, their workhorse, and had conquered Arisa and Clementino.
The two had chosen to join the Clementino team and yesterday, in the final episode, they were the ones who opened the dance by performing the main song from the soundtrack of The beauty and the Beast, sung in the Italian version by Gino Paoli and Amanda Sandrelli. The rapper from Avellino, forced to choose only one of his couples, decided to let Gino and Noemi continue the competition, sending the singing teacher home Anna Danieli and his student Erika Chiericato.
For the second performance of the evening, father and daughter played it again I live for her and when the studio audience voted, they were the ones who triumphed. If the young Noemi Scannapieco made her TV debut in the Rai 1 talent show, her father Gino had already made himself known to the television audience. The 42-year-old had participated in the first edition of X Factor, in 2008, entering the program during the fifth episode only to be eliminated two episodes later. In 2019, however, he participated in the program All together now on Canale 5, reaching the semifinals.
