Riva del Garda – Samuel Squarzoni is the winner of the fourth edition of the Commercial Talent of Confcommercio Trentino: last night the final of the format organized by the autonomous Alto Garda and Ledro section in collaboration with the Professional Training Center was held at the Spiaggia degli Olivi – People’s University of Trentino and Ebter, the bilateral tertiary institution. A fourth edition – comments the president of the section Claudio Miorelli – growing from every point of view and which indicates a very promising future.

The Commercial Talent 2024 formula is as simple as it is engaging: students from the Cfp-Upt professional schools “challenge” each other in a series of tests to choose the best commercial talent. Last night, in the beautiful Spiaggia degli Olivi venue, specially equipped as a multi-brand shop, the five finalists from the various locations of the School competed against each other: Samuel Squarzoni, Viktoria Rampelotto, Lisa Fusi, Elena Pinamonti and Alice Chiarani. The test consisted of serving a particularly demanding customer (played by Silva Dallona), interrupted by a “disturber” in English or German (Sara Dorfelli). All subjected to the judgment of a highly qualified jury, composed of Emanuela Bertolini, Luca Stocco, Manuela Stein (president of the Riva in Centro Consortium), Anna Simona Carretta, Martina Sismondini and Valter Nicolodi. The jury that decreed the winner, Samuel Squarzoni, was convinced by a test conducted with great passion and professionalism. The first three classified will receive a voucher for purchases of training courses, books or cultural activities of 500, 300 and 200 euros respectively.

“We have grown – explains the president of the autonomous Alto Garda and Ledro section Claudio Miorelli – a lot in these six years and in these four editions. This evening’s location is a bit of a demonstration of this growth and this continuous improvement to give boys and girls, but also to our businesses, the right visibility of a project that wants to look far ahead. We set out to give a signal to the problem of searching for collaborators, but we already had in mind the importance of this Talent which is not a simple competition: obviously the ranking is at the center, but it is not the most important part because all the The boys showed great enthusiasm, commitment and seriousness in their approach. We believe that education and training are two characteristics that go together; for an area like ours, where tourism and trade play a very important role, training the workers of tomorrow to excellence is an absolute commitment.

I also address boys and girls, inviting them to enter our shops and help the quality and attractiveness of our territory grow together with all of us”. “May I give myself special thanks to the director Giulia Baldoni and to the director of the Arco branch of Cfp-Upt Claudio Nicolussi and to all the teachers of the schools involved. Thanks also to Nicola Ribaga of Ribaga Alimentari who organized the final convivial moment.”
