After over 40 years of political and social commitment (he has been president of the city’s Pro Loco since 1986), Pasquale Tartaglione has decided to run for the first time in the administrative elections of Curti. The representative of the Democratic Party will be a member of the ‘Legality and Transparency’ list headed by Mayor Antonio Raiano. «On the occasion of the elections of 8 and 9 June – stated Tartaglione – there will be a natural rotation between Emilio Iodice and me. Emilio independently decided to conclude his active political activity, after a glorious career which led him to be, for over 40 years, an absolute protagonist not only in Curti but in the entire province of Caserta. In 2014, with Doctor Iodice at the forefront, we decided to embrace Antonio Raiano’s project; today we are increasingly convinced of the choice made ten years ago, given that the mayor in this period of time has set up a positive administration that has made our country at least more virtuous than in the past. I will try to make all my experience available to the younger ones, gained thanks to my teachers in political life: the mayor Vincenzo Merola, the late Luigi Ventriglia, Emilio Iodice and the historic friend Peppino Perrone. We are ready to continue working for the good of our fellow citizens and for the development of Curti.” Mayor Raiano added: «I am happy that Pasquale has decided to face the new adventure as a candidate for the city council. Always involved in social and political matters, Tartaglione is among the founders of the administrative team that I have the honor of leading since its inception.
