Liguria SaluteSimplex is active from today, 24 digital health services

App and portal to get services in just one click

Liguria healthcare – From today it is easier to access healthcare and manage health needs in Liguria: SaluteSimplex is active, the new tool that includes 24 services collected in a single access point, accessible via app or website.

You can book and pay for a Cup appointment, search for a pediatric practice or change your doctor, consult the occupancy status of emergency rooms or consult your prescriptions directly from your mobile phone, tablet and PC, with a unified login. Just as canceling an appointment is now possible with a simple click, without having to enter PrenotoSalute and remember the cancellation codes, thus allowing the system to quickly reschedule services for other citizens.

SaluteSimplex was developed by Liguria Digitale and can be used in multi-device mode: as a website (https://salutesimplex.regione.liguria.it) or with the app of the same name which can be downloaded in two versions for iOS and Android devices.

<Castanini, sole administrator of Liguria Digitale -, are distributed on various platforms and, with SaluteSimplex, are collected in a single access point. The portal and the app thus become the integrator of the many digital services that Ligurian healthcare has introduced in recent years and which have always been rewarded and appreciated by citizens, who use them with ever greater frequency.

Thanks to SaluteSimplex, from now on citizens will automatically find every new healthcare service within this system, directly on their smartphone, PC or tablet, instead of having to access apps and different portals>>

We tried the system and it is simple to activate: after accepting the privacy terms only on the first access, two modes of use open up, one free, without authentication, for all those “open” services (for example searching for a studio doctor or the map of defibrillators), or with Spid or Cie to access personal services such as the Electronic Health Record or your prescriptions. Furthermore, those who prefer to use the PrenotoSalute/PrenotoPrevengo/PrenotoVaccino services in the way they are used to (by entering the tax code and the last 5 numbers of the health card), who will thus be able to continue to do so.

For those who use the app, a Pin has been provided which avoids having to enter Spid or Cie for 30 days when logging in. On the app, in addition to having the prescription just prescribed by the doctor in real time, taking advantage of the typical functions of mobile phones, it is also possible to receive notification.

The app remembers your appointments by automatically inserting each booked medical service into your personal calendar and by sending a notification with all the reminders.
