You can finally say goodbye to the exam to get your license, you can get it easily by proceeding with a simple request.
The rules that are applied on the Italian road are not only many, but they are also the protagonists of a series of changes that are applied in order to make the roads much safer. It’s easy to imagine that the rules we have now are certainly not the same ones that will be applied in about ten years.
We are facing the rapid passage towards those who come called green vehicles and these will have to be regulated to some extent. However, it must be clarified that we are not only referring to electric cars, but also to scooters and bicycles, which are also electric.
The green movement to which we are rapidly converting needs regulations that conform to the rules present in Europe and which Italy must comply with.
One of the elements on which the legislator has to intervene, to make the procedures much more streamlined, is the bureaucratic part of our roads. For example, the very conduct of the exams for obtaining a driving license should be reviewed to make everything simpler.
An extremely important intervention
Intervening on traffic rules in Italy proves to be truly indispensable. Interventions have been planned on several occasions regarding electric bikes and scooters. The increase in their use has led to the proposal to provide specific regulation, also requiring the obtaining of a driving certificate.
We are therefore aiming for a structural change, which however allows us to improve the functioning of the infrastructures. But while we are thinking of introducing a driving licence bicycles and electric scooters, at the same time we wonder if the time has not come to intervene also on the two-wheel license.
Motorcycle licence
The request is always made by the European Union which wants to streamline some specific practices in order to obtain the licenses required by law. So for some licenses it will no longer be necessary to pass an exam.
From August it will be possible to obtain the A3 motorbike license for those who already have the A1 and A2 without taking the driving test. It will therefore be sufficient to support only one theoretical lesson of approximately 7 hoursin order to achieve eligibility.
