Moments of fear when a foreign boy set fire to a petrol station: it happened to Ravenna today morning, Tuesday 16 April, just before 11.00.
The young man, for no apparent reason, took the petrol dispenser and, after having sprinkled the petrol station in Piazza Caduti sul Lavoro, at the beginning of Via Trieste, with fuel, set the fire.

The manager and some passers-by noticed what was happening and raised the alarm. The Fire Brigade, the Carabinieri, the State Police and the Local Police of Ravenna intervened on site, as well as the 118 health personnel. The area was made safe.
As reported by the local press, the man was stopped and taken to the police station.
