Santa Monica Studio, team of Sony Interactive Entertainment, has just released a new update for God of War (2018), or the first chapter of the Norse saga, prequel to God of War Ragnarok. It comes fromupdate 1.36 which comes two years after the previous patch.
This update introduces a single change, at least according to the patch notes accessible via PS4 and as reported by the source. Update 1.36 only deals with update game credits to include references to third-party software, which apparently were not previously mentioned. Perhaps Santa Monica Studio, or the owners of such software, realized the oversight (with some delay, it must be said) and corrected the error.
In any case, it is a change that players won’t care much about, as it does not change their experience with God of War (2018). Obviously, it is always possible that the update has also included other changes but that the patch notes have not mentioned these details: it would not be the first time this has happened, but usually they are still minor and uninteresting changes.
God of War (2018) now has a few years behind it, but it’s an excellent game and above all it’s essential to be able to play God of War Ragnarokreleased on PS4 and PS5 in late 2022.
Putting God of War aside, we know that the team is working on something else, the only detail about it, however, is the fact that Hermen Hulst is “inspired” by this video game.
