Ori and the Will of the Wisps
It’s hard to imagine a more dazzling two-dimensional video game than Ori and the Will of the Wispsso rich and refined that it seems unreal.Playing Ori and the Will of the Wisps you risk repeatedly failing, since it is impossible not to be kidnapped by colors exploding off the screen, from the off-parameter lighting, from the excellent animations and from the depth of the scenarios. Looking at it, it seems incredible that it can fit on limited hardware like that of the Nintendo Switch, yet the team led by Hidemaro Fujibayashi succeeded in the feat. A very careful look does not miss the aliasing and the pop-up, but they really matter when what comes to life is a world so beautiful and vast that it takes your breath away? Does it make sense to focus on certain aspects when everything is driven by a surprising physics engine that promotes infinite gameplay opportunities?
Luigi’s Mansion 3
The name you don’t expect: few games manage to exploit the resources of the Nintendo Switch as intelligently and efficiently as it does Luigi’s Mansion 3.As well as boasting an enviable variety of settings and colours which constantly fuel the sense of wonder, Luigi’s Mansion 3 presents a graphic quality unattainable for almost the entire Switch game library. Focusing on a relatively small scale, the developers at Next Level Games have created gods overwhelming levels of detail and characterized by shaders, textures, reflections and shadows of incredible workmanship. If it were possible to increase the resolution beyond the limits imposed by the Nintendo Switch hardware, Luigi’s Mansion 3 would not look out of place even on consoles of a much different technical caliber.

Those mentioned are some of the brightest examples of the graphic qualities of Nintendo Switch, but they are certainly not the only ones.
