Todd Howard had already announced that the launch of Starfield was just the beginning for Bethesda’s Sci-Fi adventure. Today, finally, we discover the launch window of Shattered SpaceDLC which will expand the space adventure with many new contents.
During an interview with Kinda Funny Games, Todd Howard stated that the Starfield’s first expansionnamely Shattered Space, will be published inautumn of 2024. Shattered Space is included in the Deluxe Edition of Starfield and is rumored to focus on the elusive House Va’ruun. At the moment we don’t know much about it, and the only certainty about it is that we will be able to experience a new piece of Starfield history.
The news, to the delight of those who can’t wait to put their spacesuit back on, doesn’t end here. Howard anticipated that a new major update for the base game will be announced later in the week. While not revealing particularly detailed information, the American author confirmed that the update will introduce news regarding the construction of spaceships.
So it seems that Bethesda Softworks is continuing to work behind the scenes and has certainly not forgotten about its ambitious new IP. At the moment there continues to be no official news regarding the much rumored PS5 version of Starfield.
