Felo M1 is a folding motorbike that recalls Honda’s Motocompatto electric folding scooter: this small 100% electric motorbike is produced by a Thai company part of the Smartech group, a brand that makes the Felo FW-06 and FW-03 variants.

The frame is made up of two external casings in cast aluminum inside which the battery pack and electronics are located. A large front handle and two others on the sides make it easier to transport the vehicle when it is folded. The handlebar (a piece of die-cast aluminum) sits flush with the top of the frame. The seat can be removed and flipped inside the frame.

The engine (700W) is placed inside the rear wheel; the electronics in the swingarm. The vehicle is presented as ideal for short journeys (less than 50km), and the cost is particularly interesting: €1,500 (price to which add VAT and other taxes when it is eventually available from us).

Battery (48V-20Ah) lithium ion battery recharges in two hours with a type 2 socket; the maximum speed indicated is 45 km/h, the weight of the vehicle is 45kg. To the left of the handlebar there is an LCD display that allows you to manage the basic functions. The dimensions (when open) are 1,190 x 565 x 895 millimetres.

The vehicle seems suitable for urban mobility (it could be transported in the trunk of the car in a car park, to be used to travel the last few kilometers with the scooter), for contexts that are not too busy. Felo M1 also boasts a removable battery which, in case of need, can also be useful as a sort of portable power bank, useful for recharging other electronic devices.
