WindTre: new increases are coming for landline customers

Customers WindThree with a contract for the fixed line they are about to receive some bad news. The operator has, in fact, announced the arrival of a series of remodulations. The changes recently announced by WindTre involve both private customers and those currently subscribed to the form microbusiness. The arrival of these new tariff increases has not made the affected users very happy who will soon find a increase of no small importance.

WindTre announces tariff changes

Specifically, the new remodulations include an increase equal to 5,99 euros for private customers e 4,91 euros +VAT for customers with a microbusiness subscription. There is a consolation, however. It seems that, at least for the first time, these increases will be “invisible”. In fact, their arrival coincides with the release of one discount on invoice equal to the amount of tariff increases. This way customers won’t even notice their arrival, at least for a certain time. The discount on the invoice, in fact, is only available until the end of modem payment in installments.

This means that as long as you pay for the modem in installments there will be no increases. Everything is fine installment has its own duration, based on the type of contract stipulated, but normally corresponds to approximately 48 months

. A different fate, therefore, awaits those who do not have the modem paid in installments. In this case the increases will arrive immediately. But when will the increases for the fixed network come into force? The remodulations will come into force starting from July 1st. In the meantime, all affected customers should receive the official communication on the invoice. The notice is expected within the month of April.

Since this is a unilateral contract change, WindTre customers who receive the increases will be able to decide to terminate your contract without additional costs. To take advantage of the right of withdrawal it is important to communicate your wish to terminate the contract with the operator by June 30th.
