“We all saw what Slovenia did in the three games. We have known them well since March and it was no surprise that they did not concede against England – commented Roberto Martinez, Portugal’s coach. They are a team organised like a club, so it is a huge credit to the coach’s work. We all know their individual qualities, the ability to create with quick attacks. They are a very complete team, so we have to give our best”. These are instead the words of his Slovenian colleague, Matjaz Cake: “I just hope that the boys remain relaxed and focused. We know who we are dealing with. Portugal is one of the favorites to win Euro 2024, but we want a good result and we are not too worried about how we will be on the pitch.
