The Italian union has joined Fifpro Europe and their English and French colleagues in legal action against too many matches in the new Club World Cup: “We can’t continue like this”
The Italian footballers’ union, theAichas decided to join the appeal against the FIFAat the Brussels Commercial Court, coordinated by Fifpro Europethe English footballers’ union, Pfaand the French footballers’ union, Unfpwho last June 13 initiated legal action challenging the legitimacy of the World Football Federation’s decisions to unilaterally set the calendar of international matches and, in particular, the decision to create and schedule the Club World Cup 2025.
